One of the many solutions tested by Ducati in Sepang last week was a new fairing. The overall sensations were positive, including from Jorge Martín (Prima Pramac/Ducati) who initially had some doubts.
Francesco Bagnaia, Ducati’s official team rider, said that there are both better and worse aspects in the fairing, but he assured that fundamentally it is an improvement:
– I try to think just on myself and I’m still thinking in some areas it’s worst and anothers it’s better. I think overall it’s better, but we’ll try to do something on the setup to improve where is worst.
