Ducati regained supremacy in the French MotoGP Grand Prix, with three of its riders fighting for victory until the end – winner Jorge Martín (Prima Pramac/Ducati), Marc Márquez (Gresini/Ducati), and factory team rider Francesco Bagnaia.
Others also showed a high level of performance, such as Enea Bastianini who set the fastest lap of the race or Fabio Di Giannantonio (Pertamina Enduro VR46/Ducati) who equaled his best result of the season so far with sixth place.
At this time, Ducati is still considering who will be the second rider for the factory team in 2025, alongside Bagnaia. When asked by the official MotoGP website whether the Le Mans race made the decision easier or harder, Ducati Corse general manager Gigi Dall’Igna replied:
– It is certainly more difficult, I imagine. But this is my job and I have to select the best possible rider for our factory team and also the best possible riders for the other Ducati teams. So, I have something to think about during this week.
