After the award given to the Suzuki V-Strom 800 DE at the Alpen Masters 2023, which was crowned as the best motorcycle in a mega comparison that included various segments, subjecting it to a battery of highly demanding tests, it is now the turn of its sister, the Suzuki GSX-8S, to see its overall quality and performance recognized, having won the Naked Bike of the Year award at the prestigious MCN Awards 2023.
These two awards further highlight the excellence of Suzuki’s new platform, both in terms of its dynamic behavior and performance, as well as its overall quality, clearly establishing it as a benchmark in each of the segments.
In the case of the Suzuki GSX-8S, the award highlighted the fact that it is a motorcycle that meets all requirements, being easy to use for beginners, suitable for daily use, with an excellent quality/price ratio, and offering performance that also satisfies more experienced users.
Known by MCN as “the new queen of mid-range”, the GSX-8S is recognized for its new parallel twin-cylinder engine and advanced electronic features. A Naked Street Fighter that has been winning over motorcycle enthusiasts worldwide and promises to continue impressing on the roads, enhancing the pleasure of driving and limitless fun.
According to the MCN Awards officials, “the GSX-8S is a motorcycle that doesn’t impress on paper, but motorcycles are not ridden on paper!”, a clear revisitation of the classic “The whole is much better than the sum of its parts, much better!”
The model, presented at the 2022 EICMA edition, was launched in Europe in May 2023 and has been delighting all those who have chosen it as their motorcycle, after experiencing the characteristics that now set it apart.
It is still possible to test both models at the brand’s official dealerships throughout the country.
