Álex Márquez and Jorge Martín, at least, felt a problem with their Ducati Desmosedici in Losail, and although they have different versions of the bike, the Spanish rider mentioned that the problem already happened at the Qatari circuit in 2023, once again talking about the need to uncover what motivates such behavior in the bike.
The problem is something that requires extra attention, as stated by the Gresini Racing rider, especially when it is not new in his case, and it also happens to Martín: ‘We have to analyze. It’s true, and I know that the riders with the factory bike are also feeling vibrations, but I already suffered from it last year in this GP, it’s nothing new to us. We have to analyze the riding style or the setup I’m using, or the electronics, the brakes, or something like that. We have to put everything together and find a solution for the race’.
It is worth remembering that, curiously, the Qatar GP was marked, in the case of Jorge Martín in 2023, by an anomaly in the rear tire of his bike in the long race. A. Márquez finished sixth in the long race and fourth in the Sprint.
