The Honda CRF300L, a well-known dual-purpose bike from the manufacturer, is set to receive significant updates for 2025, enhancing both its aesthetics and performance.
The engine remains the same: a 286cc single-cylinder DOHC unit delivering 20.1 kW (27.3 hp) at 8,500 rpm and 26.6 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm. It complies with Euro 5+2 standards and is paired with a six-speed manual gearbox. The radiator has been revised, now positioned on the left side with a new fan and a larger grille. The side cover has been redesigned to mitigate the airflow from the fan.
The frame is a semi-double cradle made of steel. The Honda features a Showa inverted fork at the front and a Showa mono-shock at the rear, linked to a cast aluminum swingarm in a Pro-Link system.
For braking, it has a single 256mm disc with a two-piston caliper at the front and a 220mm disc with a single-piston caliper at the rear. A two-channel ABS system is standard.
The front wheel measures 21 inches, while the rear is 18 inches, accommodating both off-road and enduro-specific tyres.
The fuel tank has a capacity of 7.8 liters, and the seat is narrow. The bike comes with new LED headlights and turn indicators, while the riding position ensures excellent maneuverability.
The seat height, at 880mm, allows riders to easily place their feet on the ground. The handlebars are wide and slightly pulled back, while the footpegs are positioned low and further back. The onboard LCD panel displays essential information clearly.
