The MotoGP World Championship brought different results for the Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team duo, with Fabio Di Giannantonio having some issues with his bike, but still finishing in a competitive position, while Marco Bezzecchi, on the other hand, showed that he is still struggling with his new bike.
Pablo Nieto spoke about the race of both riders, starting by saying: ‘First race of the year a bit complicated with Fabio in seventh place and Marco still looking for the right feeling at the wheel’.
He then turned his attention to each rider individually, starting with DiGia: ‘Fabio had bad luck on Saturday, while on Sunday he managed to keep up with the group near the podium. Maybe we could have achieved something more, but it was essential to finish the race’.
Regarding the third-place finisher in 2023, the team’s Team Manager emphasized: ‘Marco is struggling a bit, he needs time. He has to keep working, we are supporting him in the best possible way. I am sure he will be able to be competitive again soon’.
