The latest version of the TVS Apache RR 310 was unveiled this Monday. It is the top model from the Indian manufacturer in the super-premium sports bike segment.
Inspired by the TVS Racing tradition, the new version of the Apache RR 310 has been designed with an 11% increase in performance, and it introduces technologies such as a bi-directional quickshifter, a tyre pressure monitoring system (a first in the segment), cruise control, and aerodynamic winglets.
The DOHC engine delivers just over 37 hp at 9,800 rpm and 29 Nm of torque at 7,900 rpm, featuring a new forged aluminum piston. The air intake system has been modified to enhance volumetric efficiency.
The aerodynamic winglets are new to this segment, aiming to ensure optimal downforce and stability, keeping the front tyre more firmly planted on the asphalt. Also debuting in the segment are cruise control, a tyre pressure monitoring system, and competition-tuned aerodynamic stability control (RT-DSC), along with a transparent clutch cover.
The new 6D IMU provides various safety features, including cornering ABS, cornering traction control, wheelie control, slope-dependent control, and rear wheel lift control.
Riders can enjoy four riding modes (Track, Sport, Urban, and Rain) and a five-inch TFT display with connectivity. The bike will be available in two colors: the new Racing Red and Bomber Grey.
The TVS Apache RR 310 can also be customized with two BTO (Built to Order) kits: Dynamic and Dynamic Pro. The Dynamic kit includes fully adjustable suspension for preload, compression, and rebound at the front, and preload and rebound at the rear. The Dynamic Pro focuses on safety, incorporating the RT-DSC system.
