Soon, motocross riders will have a new tire at their disposal to conquer deep sands with maximum traction and control, as soon as the new TERRA FORCE-MX SAND 2 Mitas is launched next October. Developed and tested by racing riders, this new rear tire is designed to produce maximum traction in deep and soft sands. The new tread pattern will replace the current SAND pattern for rear wheels.
The new TERRA FORCE-MX SAND 2 introduces a new tread pattern, featuring a deep paddle-shaped design (19.7 mm), with large voids for maximum traction when accelerating, cornering, and braking. Its high performance, rigid rubber compound, and specially designed casing, with increased lateral support, provide riders with even more unbelievable control.
Classified as NHS (Not for Highway Service), the SAND 2 can be identified by its two characteristic red stripes and is available only for rear wheels. As a front tire option, it can be used with the TERRA FORCE-MX SAND or the TERRA FORCE-MX SM, both from Mitas.
