Trackhouse Racing will compete in the French MotoGP Grand Prix this weekend for the first time in its history. Miguel Oliveira achieved his best result at the Spanish GP, while Raúl Fernández once again fought for a top-ten finish.
Following the progress made in the previous two rounds, team principal Davide Brivio wants to maintain the momentum at Le Mans: ‘We will keep the momentum going after finding improvements in Austin, and I also feel that Jerez was a positive round for us where we were able to confirm some gains, both during the competition weekend and in the Monday test. We need to continue this work with our riders and our team to keep refining our setups and processes‘.
Regarding the riders, the Italian stated that both are on an upward trajectory and more comfortable on the bikes, promising to approach the French GP with ambitions to improve:
– I see Miguel and Raúl getting more and more familiar with their bikes and becoming more comfortable, and although both missed Le Mans last year – Miguel due to an injury and Raúl needing treatment for compartment syndrome – we will go to France ready to fight for more performance and excited for Trackhouse’s first French GP.
Currently, Trackhouse Racing is in eighth place in the team standings with 38 points, seven more than Monster Energy Yamaha immediately behind – and 32 points behind Pertamina Enduro VR46 in seventh.
