Miguel Oliveira closed this morning the preparations for the main race of the French MotoGP Grand Prix, being the tenth classified in the warm-up in Le Mans.
Being a session aimed only at smoothing out the edges before this afternoon’s race, times and attacks on the stopwatch are secondary aspects.
Throughout the ten-minute session, the Trackhouse Racing’s Portuguese completed six flying laps, all in the same outing, using a new soft tire in the front and a used soft tire in the back.
Improvements were constant, until on the penultimate lap Oliveira set his best time at 1m31.910s. A time that earned him the tenth position in the end, 0.390s behind leader Pedro Acosta (Red Bull GasGas Tech3/KTM).
