Maverick Viñales begins his third full season with Aprilia this year. In 2022 and 2023, he made it to the podium but never to the top spot.
For the upcoming season starting in March, the Spaniard naturally aims to return to victories that have eluded him since the beginning of 2021 – victories that Aleix Espargaró has already shown are possible with the RS-GP.
In an interview with the official MotoGP website, Viñales expressed his wishes for the new year: ‘Become an incredible rider. My wishes for the 2024 races are to win ten races. We’re just wishing, right? So…’.
