Marc Márquez continues to dominate the competition in Aragón, once again finishing as the fastest rider in FP2. Pedro Acosta tried his best but was unable to defeat the man who reigns at MotorLand.

As expected, Marc Márquez quickly took control of the session, leading the action in Aragón ahead of Fermín Aldeguer and Johann Zarco.

Álex Márquez followed next, with several riders already lapping within the 1:47 range, something that hadn’t happened consistently yesterday. Marc was just 0.001s ahead of his brother, with Aldeguer in third.

With ten minutes completed in the session, the rookie briefly moved into the lead before Marc responded and reclaimed the top spot. Pedro Acosta also improved and climbed to second place, just 0.082s behind #93. Jack Miller was seventh as the best Yamaha, Marco Bezzecchi was eighth and the best Aprilia, but Zarco soon overtook him to become the fastest Honda.

While many riders headed to the pits, Marc Márquez continued pushing and, with 17 minutes left, set a lap of 1:46.864s, creating a gap of 0.400s over Acosta. The Ducati rider wasn’t done yet and soon demonstrated his superiority once again, improving to 1:46.624s before returning to the garage.

After a short break, riders were back on track, and Álex Márquez suffered a crash after already having a scare ten minutes earlier.

Franco Morbidelli briefly climbed to third place but was overtaken by Bezzecchi, with Pecco Bagnaia in fifth, still holding onto his fifth lap as his best reference at 1:47.314s. Acosta remained in second but was closing in on Marc.

Still Mir had a crash at the very end:

Shortly after, the session came to an end with Marc confirming the fastest time.
