Marc Márquez started the MotoGP season with dominant victories in the Thailand and Argentina GPs – including the Sprint races. Carlo Pernat has lavished praise on the Ducati rider, who seems to be paving the way for a season of sheer supremacy.

The rider manager told GPOne.com that the eight-time world champion is back to his best form and no longer suffers from the incidents that plagued him so often at Honda:

– Marc Márquez has become galactic […]. I think that if we continue at this pace, the championship will take a turn that is great for Márquez but bad for the spectacle. He has really pulled himself together, he is back to being the Márquez of old, he has worked a lot on his physique, and when you put a phenomenon like Marc on the best bike, I don’t think there can be any other outcome than this. If you have noticed, Marc doesn’t crash anymore, he rides very cleanly.

Pernat sees Márquez as nearly unbeatable at this stage: ‘In my opinion, I repeat, he has worked a lot on his physique, on his shoulder, on the crashes he had, and now it is very difficult to beat him – not to say it’s almost impossible’.
