It is now official that Marc Márquez will leave Repsol Honda at the end of this MotoGP season to join Gresini. However, nothing has changed in the way we work internally.
The Spanish rider ensured that everything remains the same after the announcement of his departure, with a good atmosphere still present as there is both professionalism and friendship within the team:
– We work in the same way, with the same atmosphere. We are working, but we are friends. That’s why the atmosphere is the same. I try to give precise feedback, I try to attack in the same way on track. I try to give feedback to the Japanese, the atmosphere is the same. We are professionals, but it also helps to be friends. Next year we won’t be working together with some of them, but we can still go out for dinner, because I can go out for dinner with my friends.
