Marc Márquez completed his first day aboard a Ducati at the MotoGP tests in Valencia yesterday. Despite being acquainted with a new bike and the Gresini team, he showed speed and landed fourth on the time charts.
Quoted on GPOne.com, Joan Mir – who was Márquez’s teammate at Repsol Honda this year – assured that #93’s performance wasn’t a surprise and expects even more:
– I wasn’t surprised because he took a bike that was already completely developed and no one doubts about Marc’s talent and speed. I don’t think he showed all his cards.
