Marc Márquez completed his first day aboard a Ducati in the MotoGP testing day in Valencia yesterday. Despite being on a new bike and with the Gresini team, he showed speed and finished fourth on the timesheets.
In statements quoted on GPOne.com, Joan Mir – who was Márquez’s teammate at Repsol Honda this year – assured that #93’s performance was not a surprise and expects even more:
– I wasn’t surprised because he took on a bike that was already fully developed and nobody doubts Marc’s talent and speed. I don’t think he has shown all his cards yet.
