Marc Márquez had a good performance on the MotoGP test day in Valencia last November. It was only his first time on the Gresini Ducati Desmosedici GP23, on a track where he is usually strong, and now in the Sepang tests he will have a different kind of experience.
The six-time champion of the premier class mentioned that he is curious to understand what it’s like to ride his new bike on tracks that have given him more difficulties:
– Of course, I’m eager to try the bike on a circuit where I have had many difficulties in the past. In Valencia, for example, it’s a track that I like, which is usually good for my riding style. But I’m looking forward to trying the bike here [in Sepang] and in Qatar because they are two circuits where I have a lot of difficulties, and we’ll see.
