Luca Marini is ready to make his debut in the MotoGP World Championship as part of the Repsol Honda Team, with the first round of the season taking place in Qatar. The Italian considers this to be ‘another exciting milestone’ in his career, which began at the end of last season, now with new colors.
Before the start of the action, Marini stated: ‘The time has come to return to racing and now I can do it as part of the Repsol Honda Team. It is another exciting milestone in the journey I have been on since the end of last year. Whenever we work together as a team, we manage to find something and take more steps forward’.
The rider then spoke about the start of the championship, now with a new team:
– This first weekend will give us the opportunity to finalize some details from the test and also to better understand how to work together during a race weekend. We have work to do and I am looking forward to starting as a Honda factory rider.
