Luca Marini is the only rider who has not scored points in 2024 in MotoGP, but remains confident in getting the best out of each race and, now, at the Catalunya GP, hopes to continue on a path of success.
The Italian began by highlighting the team’s efforts, while staying focused on gathering data: ‘We have been working hard since the last race, always trying to improve. That is the focus for this weekend again, continue working with the things we found and gather as much information as possible’.
Marini’s goal is to be closer to his teammate at Repsol Honda Team, Joan Mir, while taking the weekend step by step: ‘Let’s see what happens and how the weekend progresses for us, I want to be closer to my teammate this weekend’.
This is Marini’s fourth season in MotoGP, the first with Honda, and there are some rumors about possible dissatisfaction from the rider, who could even be considering breaking his contract, which lasts until 2025.
