It is with a focus on the future that Luca Marini embarks on another round of MotoGP, the fourth of the season, now in Jerez. In his first year with the team, the Italian emphasized the need to keep working, while also showing excitement about the performance at the Spanish circuit, following the work done by the Honda test team.
The Italian began his preview of the round by stating where the focus is: ‘It’s another weekend to keep working with the team and seek further improvements. Now is not the time to stop working, we have to continue gathering information and not only try to improve our current package, but also work on developments for the future’.
He then highlighted the work that the manufacturer’s test team has been doing at the circuit: ‘Jerez is a good track for this type of work, the test team has done a lot of testing here and will be with us this weekend, so it will be interesting to see what we can learn from this’.
