According to LiveWire, “although the S2 Mulholland uses the same S2 platform, the driving experience has been revamped by the rider triangle and updated standard equipment, which drastically sets it apart from the Del Mar. With a 15 cm increase in the handlebar, it is positioned higher and farther back, allowing the rider to sit in a more upright driving position.” Once again, the S2 Mullholland is more similar to Harley bobbers than to the Del Mar or One sports bikes.
But while LiveWire is promoting the S2 platform to new markets, the company continues to strive for awareness of its environmental impact, as well as that of its customers. As such, the Mulholland will be the first bike from the brand to offer CAP Hemp bio-composites on the front and rear fenders, while the radiator cover and wiring supports are made of Hylon Ocean, which are manufactured from “discarded ocean fishing nets”, as well as the seat “which uses recyclable silicone without petroleum instead of leather or vinyl.”
Likewise, customers will be offered three colors, Liquid Black/Black, Liquid Black/Red, and an unpainted version called Lunar White.
