We are getting closer to the debut of the new Factory series of KTM motocross machines. We will have to wait until January 6 for the first round of the AMA Supercross championship, when we will be able to see the new KTM SX-F Factory in action, the richest and most sporty representative of KTM’s motocross production.
In perfect Factory style, there will be no shortage of details that make this series so appealing and desirable. For example, anodized steering protections, orange-painted frame, and many other special features reserved only for Factory models are an indelible signature. But the most substantial innovations can be found elsewhere, in the frame, such as the new rear monoshock, now stiffer and lighter, and the new engine mounts, also lighter and more flexible, to provide better handling and maneuverability during use.
Both the 450 and 250 Factory are equipped with the new Offroad Connectivity Unit, but the extras include an Akrapovič exhaust, a new airbox cover, a 4-bolt reinforced carbon Factory engine guard, and a beautiful billet Hinson clutch cover – in short, enthusiasts will have much to dream about this winter season.Of course, the standard version of the future KTM SX will also enjoy improvements and refinements, for these there are no shortage of Power Parts, but the Factory models continue to be the most desirable and appealing from the KTM brand.
