One of the standout guests at the Portuguese MotoGP Grand Prix was José Mourinho. The renowned football coach is a fan of the premier category, but only now – at a time when he is inactive – had the opportunity to watch live.
In addition to waving the checkered flag, the “Special One” was able to meet with some riders, including Miguel Oliveira. Quoted by the Record newspaper, the Trackhouse Racing man revealed something that José Mourinho told him: ‘He watches and likes MotoGP. He confessed to me that this is better than Formula 1. And he has been to some Grand Prix events. It was good to hear him say that!‘.
Earlier this month, José Mourinho was watching the F1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix live. One of the other occasions he was present in the paddock was the 2017 Monaco Grand Prix, considered by many as the “jewel in the crown” of the calendar.
