After spending the last few years at Pramac riding a Ducati, Johann Zarco will face a different reality in the 2024 MotoGP season. He moves to LCR Honda, riding an RC213V that has been one of the less competitive bikes in the field.
The rider is cautious when defining goals, but in an interview with France Bleu Vaucluse, he suggested aiming for a top-ten finish in the championship standings:
– I definitely would like to fight in the top ten. I can’t say the goal is a top five as I was able to achieve with Ducati. That would be aiming too high without knowing. But with consistency, giving real consistency to Honda, I think being in the top ten would be a reasonable goal.
