After spending the last few years with Pramac and riding a Ducati, Johann Zarco will find a very different reality in the 2024 MotoGP season. He is heading to LCR Honda, riding an RC213V that has been one of the least competitive bikes in the field.
The rider is cautious when it comes to setting goals, but in an interview with France Bleu Vaucluse, he maintained that he could aim for a top ten finish in the championship:
– I definitely would like to fight for the top ten. I can’t say that the goal is a top five like I was able to achieve with Ducati. That would be aiming too high without knowing. But with consistency, giving true consistency to Honda, I think being in the top ten would be a reasonable goal.
