On the team’s official website, number 36 talked about the start of the season and did not hide his happiness that it is about to begin: ‘Finally another season has arrived! We are always excited to start the year and to return to racing, because there is nothing like racing on a MotoGP bike. We had a good time between the test and this weekend to continue training and get everything in order to start the year.’
Spanish, who is in his second year with the team, has shown happiness with the progress made in recent weeks, and believes that this trend can continue: ‘I am pleased with how everything has been progressing and I am confident that we can continue to make improvements throughout the Qatar GP. It will be a weekend of building and capitalizing on important moments, our goal is to start stronger than last season to begin the year on a positive note’.
