Joan Mir is determined to finish the season well and sees the Malaysian GP as ‘a good opportunity’ to confirm the improvements that have been achieved with Honda since the beginning of the season.
The former world champion highlighted the team’s growth, although he acknowledges that it is not always easily discernible: ‘Although the results on paper may not fully demonstrate it, we have been improving more and more in recent weeks. Returning to Malaysia, we have some information from the test but, above all, it will be a good opportunity to see how we have progressed since the beginning of the year’.
And he concluded: ‘It’s another triple-header, so we have to stay focused and make the most of every opportunity that comes our way’.
