A Jedi, a Chinese brand, has made this 250 4L, a motorcycle that is a bit difficult to define because it seems to be inspired by the large American baggers like Indian and Harley Davidson without having some of their characteristics.
As reported by Rideapart, the 250 4L is somewhere between a small motorcycle and a bagger, trying to be both.
It has 16-inch wheels at the front and 15-inch wheels at the back. The seat height is particularly low: only 690 millimeters. As a bagger contender, it features a large front fairing and two side bags for plenty of storage space.
Jedi produces motorcycles for the Chinese police and this Jedi could be useful in the traffic of Chinese cities. The 250 4L is indeed used by the police.
It has a 249 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, with 18 hp of power. It has a declared maximum speed of 105 km/h and front and rear disc brakes equipped with dual-channel ABS. It consumes little fuel and has a large 20-liter fuel tank for a range of about 700 km.
However, it is unlikely that this model will be marketed outside of China.
