Jason O’Halloran, Kyle Ryde and Ryan Vickers win BSB races at Donington Park; Title decision postponed to Brands Hatch.

Donington Park was the stage for another weekend of racing in the Bennetts British Superbikes Championship and in the three races held there were three different winners, with Ryan Vickers, Kyle Ryde, and Jason O’Halloran taking the victories. The title decision was then postponed to Brands Hatch in two weeks. Sprint Race: Ryan Vickers secured a dominant victory in the Bennetts British Superbike Championship at the BikeSocial Sprint Race in Donington Park, with the LAMI OMG Racing Yamaha team’s tire choice paying off in the wet conditions, while the main title contenders had a disastrous opening race. The Yamaha rider – LAMI OMG Racing Yamaha beat Leon Haslam by 3.742s, while Luke Mossey took the final step of the podium after crossing the finish line 5.332s behind #7. Glenn Irwin was 23rd and Tommy Bridewell 24th. Race 2: Kyle Ryde claimed victory in a dramatic second BSB race, with BeerMonster Ducati teammates colliding in Melbourne, with Glenn Irwin and Tommy Bridewell thus being out of contention. After Ryde, Leon Haslam took second place just 0.224s behind, with Chris Iddon finishing third. Race 3:

Jason O’Halloran returned to victory in the last race of the weekend of the British Superbikes Bennetts Championship at Donington Park, dominating the conditions to win by 6.936s, while Leon Haslam and Glenn Irwin had technical issues that kept them out of the race.
