Second stage, second victory for Jacopo Cerutti in the Africa Eco Race. This Wednesday, the driver clearly imposed himself between Boudnib and Mhamid, with 383km timed.
The Italian from Aprilia spent 4h11m50s and surpassed Pol Tarres (Yamaha Ténéré World Raid Team) by 7m03s. In the overall standings, they are in the first two positions, separated by 8m53s. In third place in the stage and overall is Alessandro Botturi (Yamaha Ténéré World Raid Team), already more than ten minutes behind the leader.
Competing at home in Morocco, Guillaume Borne (Casteu Trophy/Husqvarna) once again did well with the fourth time ahead of his teammate Alexander Vaudan – who has a KTM in his hands. They also close the top five of the classification in the same order.
