Jack Miller moved to Red Bull KTM in the MotoGP World Championship this year, after five years with Ducati – between Pramac and the factory team.
Despite having to adapt to a very different bike, he managed to be competitive throughout the year, although he also showed some performance fluctuations. He achieved a podium in a main race and finished the championship in 11th place.
Team manager Francesco Guidotti told the MotoGP website that he liked what he saw from Miller: ‘He started very well, very motivated, and surprised me a lot because he was able to immediately manage the bike at a certain level. And after five years on a different bike, I was expecting more difficulties adapting to ours. I also expected some ups and downs. In 20 races, many things can change‘.
The Italian, who also admitted to liking the personality and attitude of #43, believes that the rider will have a better season in 2024: ‘I think he learned a lot from this season and we are looking forward to having a better one next year‘.
