Upon arriving at KTM after several years with Ducati, Jack Miller had to face a natural process of adapting to the team and a bike that was very different from what he was used to. As a result, his results and performances throughout 2023 were somewhat inconsistent, but now he seems to be definitively finding a good path.
Questioned at a press conference about whether he feels close to fitting the last piece of the puzzle with the Mattighofen manufacturer, the Australian confirmed:
– Definitely. Already in Motegi we had a good pace in the sprint race with dry weather and then, of course, in the shortened rain race I felt like I had more to give in the race. And Indonesia was probably my best performance of the year in terms of low-grip tracks. So, I feel quietly confident for the weekend, but there are many fast riders in the field, many fast bikes. So, we will do our best to match those guys.
