Ivo Lopes once again showed his skills in Spain in the national Speed championship, achieving a double victory in Navarra this weekend.
In race 1, the BMW EasyRace Team rider was the fastest and crossed the finish line with a 2.269s advantage over Óscar Gutierrez (Team Honda LaGlisse), leaving Marc Alcoba (AndoTrans Team Torrento) in third almost six seconds behind.
In addition to the victorious performance, it is worth noting that #75 secured the pole position beforehand and also set the fastest lap of the circuit during the race, with a time of 1:39.139s, clearly outperforming everyone else. This can be easily confirmed: from the first to the last lap, Ivo Lopes was always in the lead, and he also had the best time in all sectors of the race.
After the good indications in race 1, the scenario was even more overwhelming in race 2 and not even the rainy conditions slowed down Lopes, who led from start to finish.
With a victory without rival, Naomichi Uramoto (JEG Racing) was second at 7.088s, while Alcoba repeated the third place, now 13.761s behind Lopes.
