Quantum Energy is a start-up electric motorcycle company based in Hyderabad, India, and one of its scooter models stands out due to its very European name –Milan, naturally referencing the city of Milan (Italy).
However, it is not available outside of India. The scooter is designed for urban commuting but also for medium-distance travel, offering a range of up to 100 km. The motor has a power output of 1 kW and allows for speeds of up to 60 km/h.
It also features a disc brake at the front, along with a regenerative braking system. The battery can be recharged in four to five hours.
Onboard, the rider finds a 10-inch digital instrument panel, along with generous legroom of 400 millimeters and an open storage compartment at the front. There is one shock absorber on each axle.
The front headlight and rear light have a sleek design that extends in length. There are four color options available: White, Gray, and Blue. In India, the Quantum Energy Milan is available for the equivalent of less than 1,000 euros (89,051 rupees).
