In 2024, Francesco Bagnaia tries to do something that few managed to do throughout the history and be MotoGP champion for the third consecutive year. He stays in Ducati, but the opposition promises to be toughest, both inside the manufacturer and in the other ones.
In an interview with the championship’s official website, the Italian commented that there will be two key factors: ‘We are preparing the season the best way possible. It will be long, with many races. And it will be important to remain calm and to be always perfect’.
Asked which teams may be closer to Ducati this year, Bagnaia replied: ‘I think all the teams have the possibility to be close. For sure a Ducati team’.
