Friday of the Australian MotoGP Grand Prix was very challenging for Miguel Oliveira. The Portuguese rider finished at the bottom of both sessions in Phillip Island, ending with the 20th fastest time of the day – achieved in the timed practice.
The CryptoDATA RNF MotoGP Team rider explained that he had difficulties in several aspects, besides lacking confidence, hoping to improve something tomorrow:
– Overall it was bad, no feeling with the front. It was difficult to manage the front movements of the bike and to have front and rear grip. It seems like I am the only one from Aprilia having a lot of difficulties with this and it was a strange day: too far from the pace, no confidence. Hopefully tomorrow in the little time we have in the morning, we can set up the bike for a good qualifying and at least be much more competitive.
