Here it is: Fermín Aldeguer finally achieved his first victory of the season and what a place to do it, in Jerez! The rider recalled how special this location is, where his father also shone.
Here is the rider’s first reaction in the parc fermé: ‘I am very happy to win here in my home GP because all my people are here, my fan club and all these amazing people. Thirty years ago, my father came here for the first time and now we are here, a great victory, it’s incredible’.
Aldeguer is now third in the standings with 54 points.
