After finishing third in the riders’ championship last year, Marco Bezzecchi is about to face his third season in MotoGP – which begins next weekend with the Qatar Grand Prix.
The Italian remains with the Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team, and despite his enthusiasm and desire to repeat his good performances, he admitted in a press release that he is still not fully comfortable with his Ducati Desmosedici GP23:
– I’m really happy to be back on track for the first race of the season, it’s always a special emotion. It wasn’t an easy pre-season, but we finished positively right here in Qatar and I’m happy. I’m not 100% yet with the new bike, I definitely need to better adapt my riding style and my braking feeling to be as competitive as I want. I’m excited, we’re leaving a great season behind us and the goal is to do well this year too.
