Marc Márquez left Repsol Honda after a decade to join Gresini in MotoGP, where he will ride a Ducati. However, he did not want to comment on the goals he set for himself in this new chapter with Gresini.
‘I will not answer that without having won a race in the last two years. At the moment, I am not ready to fight for titles. So, we will see what happens,’ said the rider from Cervera at the press conference held last Friday.
After 11 years of partnership, the farewell. ‘No matter how much the team and factory change, my sporting journey will be remembered for what I did at Repsol Honda. I will not win six more titles. In 20 years, when people talk about what Marc Márquez did, it will be for what I achieved with this team. There will be a separation, but we will be together forever,’ he concluded.
