David Alonso is in great form and having a very good championship so far and today he conquered his third victory of the season, in Le Mans. With a methodical and calculated race, he successfully attacked at the end.

– I am so happy to be here. For sure throughout the whole race I had in mind the last race in Jerez, so I just kept calm in the first laps, trying to learn from my teammates and rivals in some points where I was losing [time]. I was trying to wait, to be patient until the last laps. Then, three laps from the end, I tried to pass, but I had a battle with [Daniel] Holgado, a beautiful battle until the last corner.
