Miguel Oliveira was the ninth classified in the Portuguese MotoGP Grand Prix. It is a considerable improvement compared to the qualifying and the Portimão Sprint race, but also compared to the Qatar GP that had started the championship.
In images broadcasted by SportTV, the Portuguese from Trackhouse Racing was asked if the beginning of the season is as expected. In his response, he mentioned that yes, although he wants to do more and there are some difficulties:
– According to how the tests went, yes. I would simply like to be able to demonstrate a little more. But I have been having many setbacks with the bike in terms of not getting the setting right. The team is having some difficulties with that. It’s not enough to just have an Aprilia bike ahead of us to serve as a reference and that is costing us a bit to understand. The team on their side now has to do a lot of work to give me the tools I need.
