No matter how many adversities are thrown his way, Brad Binder rarely complains in public when things don’t go well on the track – always maintaining a positive attitude.
The Red Bull KTM rider was asked in a press conference about this character. In his response, he admitted that he likes to keep optimistic, but behind the scenes he doesn’t hesitate to complain when he needs to:
– I’m always positive, yes, but if you enter my garage, my team will say otherwise [laughs]. I think I choose my moments of when to complain and when not to complain. Look, I’m a positive person, I believe. I don’t like to complain, I don’t think it helps. But I can tell you, having said that, I also complain a lot.
This is Binder’s fifth season in MotoGP, always with Red Bull KTM. After the first two rounds of the year, he already has a podium – he was second in Qatar – and is in second place in the championship behind only Jorge Martín (Prima Pramac/Ducati).
