Husqvarna will unveil a new Vitpilen 801 on October 2nd – a model that has been highly requested by the brand’s followers.
On social media, the Swedish brand from the Pierer Mobility Group released a teaser showing various requests from fans for a new Vitpilen, promising: ‘Your calls have been heard – the next chapter is coming soon. 02-10-2024’.
The bike is expected to feature a 799cc engine with over 100 horsepower, similar to the Svartpilen 801 released this past spring. Husqvarna’s naked range has always included a Svartpilen («Black Arrow») and a Vitpilen («White Arrow»), making the launch of this new model logical.
The steel frame is also likely to be shared, along with WP suspension, an aluminum rear frame, and J.Juan brakes. A major difference is expected to be in the type of tires, as well as in the design: while the Svartpilen is a scrambler, the Vitpilen is more of a street bike with modern lines and a classic touch.
