Prima Pramac Racing team manager Gino Borsoi spoke to DAZN about his driver Jorge Martín’s performance so far, revealing himself to be very optimistic and praising the Spanish rider highly.
After the first free practice session, Jorge Martín dominated the times, and Borsoi spoke about his driver’s start to the season, including the Jerez GP.
– Obviously it was a good opportunity, but there are still many races to go. We have to keep working. I was pulling a bit harder than on the previous lap, but I think it was more the movement of the bike at an unfortunate moment, the track was also a bit critical. The good news is that Jorge is still in front.
He added: ‘The Ducati is riding well here, and the test was very interesting for Jorge. And he’s having his best season ever, so we have to be realistic about the situation. Crashing is something that can happen and crashes can happen, but he’s still leading.
