By 2024, Harley-Davidson presents the CVO Pan America, a fully equipped version with all the options of its high-displacement adventure motorcycle, with a striking custom paint job that screams: “It may be an adventure bike, but it’s still a Harley-Davidson” – in case it needs to be reminded.
The CVO Pan America uses the Revolution Max 1250 engine, semi-active suspension, a complete set of electronic rider aids, an adaptive headlight, and a touchscreen. In addition, the CVO department has added parts and accessories from the H-D catalog, including adaptive ride height suspension, a Screamin’ Eagle gear lever, aluminum side and top cases, spoked wheels, an aluminum skid plate, and auxiliary lighting. Essentially, the CVO is a Pan America Special that comes equipped with most of the high-value accessories needed for off-roading or a long trip.
When the first-year Pan America surpassed the competition to become the surprise winner of Cycle World’s Big-Bore Adventure Shootout, it became clear that H-D had outdone the competition by achieving a balance between on-road performance, touring, and off-road capabilities, while introducing new technologies such as its acclaimed adaptive ride height suspension. The inclusion in the CVO portfolio is perhaps Harley’s compliment to a bike that continues to surprise and win over riders.
The CVO Pan America joins the G.I. Enthusiast 2022 motorcycle collection as a limited edition model, but stands out for a large number of adventure-ready components. For more information, you can visit the official Harley-Davidson website.
