For the first time in 2025, Chance Hymas claimed victory in the AMA Supercross 250 SX by coming out on top at Saturday’s round in Foxborough – counting towards the East Division, and marked by the rain.

In the qualifying phase, the fastest was Mark Fineis (Partzilla Blaster Power PRMX Racing/Kawasaki), with a 0.680s lead over Dayton Briggs (MRPSBR Husqvarna Racing). Third was Ayden Shive (HB Racing/KTM).

Maximus Vohland (Muc-Off FXR ClubMX Yamaha) took the holeshot and led from start to finish in heat 1, eventually beating Henry Miller (Storm Lake Honda Buddy Brooks Racing) by over half a minute. Briggs was third.

Heat 2 also saw a start-to-finish winner: Tom Vialle (Red Bull KTM), who crossed the line 5.032s ahead of Seth Hammaker (Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki). Hymas (Honda HRC Progressive) finished third.

But the most important race was the main event, and it unfolded differently. Briggs got the holeshot and led the first two laps before crashing and dropping down the order. Hymas took advantage, moving into the lead and never letting go.

The #10 dominated from then on, eventually winning by 31.846s over Cullin Park (Phoenix Racing Honda). Gage Linville (The Dirt Bike Depot/KTM) completed the podium, already more than a minute behind the winner, followed by Justin Rodbell (Next Level Redline Oil Hammer Nutrition/Honda) and Daxton Bennick (Monster Energy Star Racing Yamaha).

In the East division of the 250 SX, Hammaker is now tied with Vialle at the top with 99 points, two more than RJ Hampshire (Rockstar Energy Husqvarna). In the East/West combined standings, Haiden Deegan (Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing) leads with 149 points, 14 ahead of Julien Beaumer (Red Bull KTM). The best-placed rider from the East division is Hammaker, in sixth.
