This Sunday marked Enea Bastianini’s return to victory in MotoGP, the first as a factory rider and after many struggles to show some of the reasons that led Ducati to bet on him to move up to the factory team.
Gigi Dall’Igna, General Manager of Ducati Corse, was brief in his words regarding the Italian’s victory, but did not hesitate to show how happy he was to see his rider win:
– I am really happy for Enea. He did a fantastic job throughout the weekend and, of course, a fantastic race. I am really happy for him, he deserves it after a tough season, after many mishaps during the season.
