Francesco Bagnaia, after the Americas GP did not go well for the Ducati Lenovo Team rider, finishing in fifth place overall in Sunday’s race, expressed some concerns about the level of aggressiveness of some riders during the race.
In statements to Todoocircuito, Pecco noticed a high level of aggressiveness from the group he was fighting with during the race, specifically, Jorge Martín, Pedro Acosta, and Marc Márquez, which did not allow him to manage the tires in the best way: ‘a certain aggressiveness in the group, the most practical thing would have been to manage it more calmly’.
Marc Márquez justified these more aggressive actions due to the problem he had with his front brakes during the race, adding.
– ‘We finished a fun race, even though I had to come back after losing positions. I felt very good, despite having some problems with the front brake’
