Enea Bastianini is proving to be one of the strongest riders in this early MotoGP season. The Ducati man has not missed the top five of a main race yet and before the French GP, he is third in the championship 22 points behind the leader, Jorge Martín (Prima Pramac/Ducati).
The Italian started by stating in a press release: ‘I am happy to return to Le Mans, where I couldn’t compete last year due to injury. It is definitely a favorable track, since I managed to get a victory there in 2022‘.
Confident with the solutions found in Jerez, Bastianini now wants to get back to fighting for podiums – which he couldn’t achieve in the last round:
– After the Jerez test, I came home happy and satisfied: I am confident that what we tried will help us both here and in the upcoming races. I can’t wait to hit the track with the goal of fighting for the podium again.
