The MotoGP, Moto2, and Moto3 World Championships season ends this weekend. As usual, the Ricardo Tormo Circuit hosts the Valencia GP as the final round, where the decision in the premier class is reserved.
Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati) and Jorge Martín (Prima Pramac/Ducati) will battle for the MotoGP title. The Italian has the advantage, leading by 21 points, so he could even seal the victory in Saturday’s Sprint race. Martín’s mission is to try to challenge Bagnaia’s favoritism and do what few have achieved: become champion with a satellite team.
In Moto2, Pedro Acosta (Red Bull KTM Ajo/Kalex) seeks to close the season in the best way by competing at home, with the title already secured. However, another Spanish rider arrives in better form: Fermín Aldeguer (SpeedUp/Boscoscuro), who has won the last three races and has a good chance to finish third in the championship.
In Moto3, the title has already been won by Jaume Masiá (Leopard Racing/Honda), who secured the victory last Sunday in Qatar. The most significant battle in the standings is now for second place: Ayumu Sasaki (Liqui Moly Husqvarna Intact GP) is 18 points ahead of David Alonso (GasGas Aspar). The Colombian could also be overtaken, with two rivals 13 points behind: Daniel Holgado (Red Bull KTM Tech3) and Deniz Öncü (Red Bull KTM Ajo).
